By accessing or using the Cam4 platform (us-us-cam4.com), creating an account, broadcasting live video streams, or interacting in public chat rooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using our platform.
2. Mandatory 18+ Age Requirement
Strict Adult Policy: Cam4 is strictly intended for adult individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Underage access, registration, or broadcasting is prohibited and results in immediate account ban and legal reporting.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
To preserve a safe and legal broadcasting environment, users agree NEVER to engage in or broadcast:
- Non-consensual content, harassment, stalking, or abusive speech.
- Underage content, child exploitation, or illegal acts.
- Unauthorized re-streaming, screen recording, or redistribution of broadcaster feeds without explicit consent.
- Malicious code, spamming chat rooms, or automated bot activities.
4. Digital Tokens & Financial Terms
Tokens serve as an optional digital utility currency on Cam4 used for tipping broadcasters and unlocking interactive show goals. Tokens hold no cash value outside the platform for non-broadcaster viewers and are non-refundable once purchased.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, site design, WebRTC video streaming code, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Cam4. Content creators retain ownership of their original live broadcasts while granting Cam4 a non-exclusive license to transmit feeds across the platform.
6. Account Moderation & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, block IP addresses, or restrict access for violations of these Terms or community safety standards without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cam4 provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that video feeds will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cam4 shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from platform usage.
